Registration Guidelines


Please register for the conference using the online registration system on the conference website. All participants must register online. We do not accept registration by email, fax, or postal mail.

Conference registration covers attendance to all plenaries and workshops from June 16 to 18, conference package, refreshments and lunch for the duration of the event, as well as entrance to the conference reception.

To qualify for the student rate, you will need to provide proof of student status.

Foreign Delegates Early Bird Regular
Standard 450 US$ 550 US$
Student 300 US$ 400 US$

Note: Payment must be sent by 31 January 2020 to qualify for the early bird rate. The standard registration deadline is 31 March 2020.

As part of the registration process, you will be invited to create a username and password. This will allow you to log into the conference website and to download letters of invitation and your receipt of payment. Please note that we will only accept registration online and that a credit card is required for payment. Thai participants will have the additional option to pay via bank transfer.

Payment Options

Payment can be made by credit card. Interbank transfers within Thailand are available for Thai participants only. We regret that we cannot accept any international bank transfers.


Confirmation

Cancellation Policy

We will refund 50% of the registration fee for any cancellations made before 31 January 2020 (GMT+7). Refunds will not be available for any cancellations received on or after 31 January 2020. [REGISTER NOW]
